A trade learned from the inside

We have been a family boutique since 1917, now in our sixth generation. One hundred and fifty square metres in Roccapiemonte and an online store that sells throughout Italy. We are looking for four people.

Who we are

In 1917, the great-grandfather opened a shop of just a few square metres in the Agro nocerino-sarnese area. After the war, the family moved to Castel San Giorgio, where the grandfather worked as a shoemaker. Today, we are in Roccapiemonte, at 1 Via Sasso, and sell throughout Italy.

Six generations have been doing the same work: selecting the merchandise, knowing the people who buy it, responding in person. It is still that way. We are not a platform and we do not have an algorithm that decides: the family chooses every brand and every garment.

What it is like to work here

What we really offer you

  • Learn a trade. The sizes of twenty different brands, how a garment fits, what to say to someone who does not know what they want. You do not learn it from a manual: you learn alongside someone who has been doing it for thirty years.
  • See the result the same day. We are a small team: what you do in the morning is visible in the evening, in sales and in returning customers.
  • Store and online together. Here, they are not two separate businesses: the same garment may be sold in the store or shipped to Milan. You learn how everything works.

What we ask

  • Care. The wrong garment in a package becomes a return and a lost customer. Here, precision is not a welcome quality: it is the job.
  • You enjoy working with people. In the store or on the phone, you always speak to a real person. That is why people choose us.
  • No specific qualifications required. We look at what you can do and how you do it. Experience is welcome, but not essential.
